 - Billing & Payment: Payment is due on the day of service. If you are set up on a revolving account then your card will be charged within 24 hours after service is complete. If a credit or debit card is declined then we will attempt to re-run your card the day before your next scheduled service. Your account must be up to date before the next service is performed. We accept all cash, check, or charge. We gladly accept Master card, Visa, and Discover. There is a $25.00 return check fee.
- Estimates: All quoted prices are final. You will never be charged for any service if it was not included in the original job estimate. All per hour labor charges will be quoted in advance, and you will always know exactly what the service charge will be before it is performed.
- Pets/ Access: Pets are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please secure your pets on the day of your scheduled service. We will do everything in our power to keep your pets in your yard during your service. We can not be held responsible for pets that escape the yard during your service. If your pet is aggressive please have them in a non-serviced area. If we can not service a portion of your yard due to a pet you will still be charged the FULL amount. We offer pet pooh clean up at an small additional charge ($15.00), if this is not part of your service, the yard must be free of pet waste so a quality cut can be performed. Customer is responsible for having all parts of the yard that require service to be fully accessible.
- Cancellations: All service is for a minimum of 5 mows. If you choose to cancel your service before 5 mows then a $15.00 charge will apply to ALL the services that have been performed. Any scheduled service must be canceled 48 hours before your scheduled day. If you are unhappy with any part of a service please let me know and I will make it right. Customer satisfaction is my goal.
